The Soap Box

I can’t imagine a better place to look for creative and unique soaps, and although the idea of simply making soap still daunts me, I have inadvertantly gravitated towards all of the most creative and unusual ways to make soap. I’ve found some amazing and creative talent online, and it’s really wonderful to see so many people using their imaginations. I know the art of making soap itself is pretty tough, so when you pair it with unusual soaps, it just gets interesting. I know most of the cooler looking soaps are probably Melt and Pour, but I still can’t help but be in awe!

I’ve always wondered about making soaps with alcoholic beverages like beer and wine. There are plentiful amounts of recipes available, but I still think it would be a matter of my own trial and error before I ever made a beer or wine soap that I actually liked. I’m sure it’s like that for most people?
