We’ve gotten a few calls and emails regarding our website’s security in the past few weeks. Unfortunately, our site’s Security Certificate wasn’t being recognized by some web browsers (especially Firefox). That’s doesn’t mean that our site isn’t or wasn’t 100% secure and PCI compliant. We can assure you that it was secure, is secure, and always will be secure and PCI compliant.

The Solution

However to ease nerves, and reduce the number of “insecure” alerts among our Firefox users, we have now switched to another Security Certificate company, which is much more widely known and recognized by even more browsers. This will eliminate the issue that you may have experienced when logging into our website, or checking out at our website.

If You are Still Getting the Error Message

If you are still getting the pop-up saying that our site’s Security Certificate isn’t being recognized, or that our site is insecure, please clear out your browser’s History, Cache, and Cookies. This will allow it to find the new Security Certificate, and prevent it from continuously searching for the old one. You will find instructions on how to do this below.
